Viking Motorsports is bringing a new level of refreshment to the 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series season, announcing Free Bird Southern Spring Water as the team’s official water supplier. In addition to keeping the crew hydrated all season long, Free Bird will serve as the primary sponsor of Parker Retzlaff’s No. 99 Chevrolet in two marquee events: Charlotte in May and Bristol in September.
“Staying refreshed and race-ready is a key part of performing at our best, whether in the shop or in the intense at-track environment, so having Free Bird join us as our official water supplier is a huge addition for our team,” said Jeremy Lange, General Manager of Viking Motorsports. “Their brand stands for hard work, authenticity, and staying true to your roots, which aligns perfectly with the culture we’ve built at Viking Motorsports. We’re excited to represent them and compete at the front of the field at Charlotte and Bristol.”
Through its partnership with Viking Motorsports, Free Bird continues to grow its presence in the NASCAR garage while helping ensure the No. 99 team stays fueled with crisp Southern Spring water throughout the demands of a long racing season.
“Partnering with Viking Motorsports is a terrific opportunity for Free Bird to connect with a passionate and highly social fanbase that naturally aligns with our brand,” said Jay Williams, Founder of Free Bird. “NASCAR is built around community, camaraderie, tailgating and shared experiences, and we’re excited to be part of those moments alongside the Viking team.”
“Having Free Bird backing us for two of the most demanding races of the year is incredible,” said Parker Retzlaff, driver of the No. 99 Chevrolet. “Tracks like Charlotte and Bristol require 100 percent focus and physical endurance. Knowing we’ve got Free Bird in our corner keeping us recharged gives us a great boost, and I can’t wait to get out there and compete for them.”
