American Snuff Company, LLC and Kaulig Racing today announced an expansion of their two-year-old partnership. The deal brings the company’s Grizzly Nicotine Pouches brand into the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series with Kaulig’s truck teams.
Grizzly Nicotine Pouches already serves as primary sponsor for 27 races in the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series with Kaulig Racing’s two entries. Under the expanded deal, Grizzly Nicotine Pouches will serve as primary sponsor for four truck races and as an associate sponsor on most of the remaining truck races in the 2026 season.
“When we expanded our partnership with Kaulig Racing for the Cup Series, we saw the perfect alignment with our adult consumers who love NASCAR,” said Brent Trader, senior director of brand marketing at American Snuff Company.
“Extending into the truck series with four primary races was a natural next step,” Trader said. “We’re excited to connect with even more adult consumers through these additional platforms.”
Grizzly Nicotine Pouches is a brand of American Snuff Company, LLC, a subsidiary of Reynolds American Inc. Reynolds American Inc. is headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Grizzly Nicotine Pouches is a tobacco leaf-free nicotine product available to adult nicotine consumers nationwide where permitted.
The partnership continues to support The Fallen Outdoors, a nonprofit organization that provides outdoor adventures for veterans, Gold Star families and active-duty service members.
Kaulig Racing founder Matt Kaulig started the organization in 2016 as a single-car team in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. The team grew quickly, earned 27 series victories and made multiple playoff appearances, including Championship 4 berths in 2020 and 2021.
Kaulig Racing expanded into the NASCAR Cup Series in 2021 on a part-time basis and became a full-time multi-car operation in 2022. The team now serves as the factory anchor team for Ram’s return to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series in 2026 and fields five Ram 1500s each race.
“Grizzly Nicotine Pouches has been a tremendous partner for us, and this expansion into the Truck Series is a natural next step,” said Kaulig. “We’ve built something strong together, and it’s exciting to continue growing across more of our program with a brand that fits our sport and our fans so well.”
Kaulig Racing’s No. 16 Ram 1500, driven by Justin Haley, will carry the Grizzly Nicotine Pouches paint scheme at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Friday, Michigan International Speedway on June 6, Talladega Superspeedway on Oct. 23 and Martinsville Speedway on Oct. 30. The majority of Kaulig’s remaining trucks will carry associate sponsorship.
