Chase Briscoe Racing announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire Brent Marks Racing. The acquisition will establish Chase Briscoe Racing as a full-time High Limit Racing team.
Brent Marks will remain the team’s primary driver and serve as general manager. His continued leadership will provide stability for the existing program as it begins operating under the Chase Briscoe Racing name.
For Chase Briscoe, the acquisition marks a return to the form of racing that launched his career. The Briscoe family name has been rooted in sprint car racing for 50 years and three generations. Chase’s grandfather, Richard Briscoe, became a sprint car team owner in 1976 and quickly developed a reputation as a respected and sought-after car owner. His cars were driven by numerous accomplished competitors, including 14 National Sprint Car Hall of Famers, and accumulated more than 500 victories. Chase’s father, Kevin Briscoe, raced sprint cars for more than two decades, winning more than 150 feature events.
Chase became the third generation of the Briscoe family to compete in sprint car racing when he began racing at age 13. During his rookie campaign, he became the then-youngest driver to win a 410 sprint car event.
Briscoe later advanced from the dirt tracks of Indiana to the NASCAR Cup Series, but he never forgot his sprint car roots. Whether behind the wheel or through part-time team ownership, he has remained connected to the sport. The acquisition now gives him the opportunity to establish a full-time presence on the national sprint car racing stage.
“Sprint car racing has been in my blood since birth and was really my first love in motorsports,” Briscoe said. “It is part of my family’s history, and it is where I learned everything about racing and built the foundation for the driver I am today. Having a full-time team competing in a national series is truly a dream come true for me. Ever since I was a kid, my dream has been to become a NASCAR Cup Series driver and own a sprint car team, similar to my hero, Tony Stewart.”
“Brent has built a program that wins and has earned respect throughout sprint car racing,” Briscoe continued. “I want to support what already works and help the team continue improving. Our goal is to contend for wins and championships and operate a team that people are proud to support.”

BRENT MARKS TO LEAD COMPETITION
For Brent Marks, the announcement represents far more than a business transaction. It marks the next chapter in a journey that began with a dream, limited resources and an unwavering determination to compete at the highest level of sprint car racing.
Building a team from the ground up required far more than driving a race car. Marks learned every aspect of the sport, developing as a crew chief, business owner, leader and manager while establishing a foundation capable of sustaining success at the national level.
Known throughout the sport as the “Myerstown Missile,” Marks has established himself among sprint car racing’s elite, earning victories in some of the sport’s most prestigious Crown Jewel events, including the Tuscarora 50, Williams Grove National Open, Historical Big One and 39th Kings Royal at Eldora Speedway. He currently competes full time with High Limit Racing.
“This is a surreal moment in my career,” Marks said. “Building a race team took a ton of hard work and sacrifice, and I’m proud of the success we had. This is a new chapter in my life, and I am really excited for it.”
Marks was quick to recognize the people who made that success possible.
“This team was never built by one person,” Marks said. “I’m incredibly grateful to every sponsor who believed in our vision and every crew member who dedicated their time, effort and passion to helping build this team. Their commitment helped create the foundation that made all of this possible.”
That foundation now positions the team for its next evolution under Chase Briscoe Racing.
“I am really excited to have Chase come into sprint car racing and High Limit Racing at this level,” Marks said. “We have the same vision, and we will both be working hard to build a championship-winning team.”
Marks believes Briscoe’s passion for dirt racing and commitment to excellence make him the ideal person to lead the organization into its next chapter.
“Chase understands what it takes to compete at this level,” Marks said. “Dirt track racing is in his blood, his family has so much history in the sport, and he brings the values and vision needed to win races and championships. It’s awesome to see him all-in, and I’m grateful he believes in me to lead the way.”
Marks finished third in the 2025 High Limit Racing national standings, recording five victories, 15 top-five finishes and 35 top-10 finishes across 49 features.
Through July 16, 2026, Marks had recorded two High Limit Racing victories, winning at Fremont Speedway and Eldora Speedway, along with 12 top-five finishes across 26 features. In June, Marks also won a World of Outlaws race at Knoxville Raceway after starting eighth and taking the lead in the closing laps.
Marks’ record gives Chase Briscoe Racing an established competition program as the organization enters High Limit Racing full time.
COMPETING FULL-TIME IN HIGH LIMIT RACING
High Limit Racing is a national sprint car series featuring many of the sport’s leading drivers. Every High Limit Racing event streams live on FloRacing, with select events also available on FS1, Amazon Prime, The Roku Channel and Fubo.
Briscoe also plans to use Chase Briscoe Racing to create opportunities for developing racers who have the ability to advance but lack consistent support.
