Post-race inspection complete, Joey Logano’s Richmond win is official

Post-race inspection is complete following the 2026 Cook Out 400 at Richmond Raceway.

There were no issues for #22-Joey Logano. He is officially the winner of the race.

Returning to R&D are the cars of #9-Chase Elliott and #20-Christopher Bell.

Also returning to R&D for engine dyno: #2-Austin Cindric, #9-Chase Elliott, #20-Christopher Bell, #97-Shane van Gisbergen.

Joey Logano and Chase Briscoe had the dominant cars on the night. Logano passed Briscoe for the lead just before the final pit stops of the night and help the lead for the remainder of the race.

The Cup Series now heads to New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the penultimate race of the regular season.
