The Nos. 00 (Creed), 19 (Brent Crews) and 21 (Austin Hill) all had one lug nut not safe and secure. Jesse Love’s No. 2 team had an at-track inspection penalty. All four teams will lose its pit-stall selection at World Wide Technology Raceway.
