SPS Racing will make its NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series debut Friday, Sept. 18, at Bristol Motor Speedway, opening a three-race program to close the 2026 season. Landon S. Huffman, 19, of Connelly Springs, N.C., will drive the SPS Racing-prepared No. 43 Chevrolet in the Food City 300, with Blake Bainbridge calling the race as crew chief.
Lindamood Demolition will serve as the title sponsor of Huffman’s No. 43 Chevrolet at Bristol, marking the company’s first NASCAR partnership. Founded in 1975 and based in Irving, Texas, Lindamood specializes in demolition, earthwork and heavy hauling. The company supports construction and infrastructure projects by removing existing structures, preparing job sites and transporting heavy equipment.
Without personal financial backing or a full-time sponsor, Huffman has spent his career racing for his next opportunity. Pinnacle Racing Group took notice in 2023, followed by CR7 Motorsports after his 2025 season finale at North Wilkesboro Speedway. Now, he gets his shot with SPS Racing.
“I’m extremely humbled and thankful for the opportunity SPS Racing is providing me, to go racing in the O’Reilly Series and at Bristol Motor Speedway,” commented Landon. “This is without a doubt a dream come true and I am optimistic we can put in a good solid showing next Friday for Joe, Blake, Billy and our partners, and gain valuable seat time.”
The son of former driver and crew chief Shane Huffman, Landon made his first trip to Daytona at one year old and started racing go-karts at six. He finished his karting career with 164 wins and 21 championships, including six Maxxis National Championships and back-to-back Maxxis Junior Champion of Champions victories — becoming the youngest driver to win the race and the only one to win it twice.
Huffman moved to late models in 2023 with Pinnacle Racing Group at Hickory Motor Speedway, winning in his second week of competition. He added three NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series wins in 2024 as a Hoosier Hero. In 2025, he finished seventh out of 70 cars at Martinsville’s ValleyStar Credit Union 300 before closing the zMAX CARS Tour season with back-to-back runner-up finishes. The latter came at North Wilkesboro, where he broke the track record, started from the pole and led 90 laps. His four ARCA Menards Series starts in 2026 include a second-place finish at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway and third at Chicagoland Speedway.
SPS Racing team owner Joe Farré, a Henderson, Nevada, native and professional engineer, spent nearly two decades behind the wheel himself. He ran the ASA Truck Series full time in 2004 and 2005 and competed in the SRL Southwest Tour from 2006 through 2022. He formed SPS Racing midway through the 2023 ARCA Menards Series West season, with the team making its first start that September at All American Speedway in Roseville, California.
In 2024, the program expanded into the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series East. That same year, Sam Mayer delivered the team’s first pole and first win on the same night at Sonoma Raceway. SPS Racing has fielded the No. 24 part time in the ARCA Menards Series in 2026 while preparing its O’Reilly Auto Parts Series entry.
“We are proud to bring SPS Racing to the national level and compete in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series in three events to close our season as a program,” stated Farré. “Billy, Blake, and all the men and women at SPS have been working extremely hard on building fast race cars and solid program foundation, and I have tremendous confidence in their efforts. It will be fun to watch the Lindamood Chevy on the highbanks of Bristol with Landon.”
Following Bristol, Connor Mosack will take the wheel of the No. 43 Chevrolet at Phoenix Raceway on Oct. 17 and Talladega Superspeedway on Oct. 24. Mosack brings ARCA Menards Series victories at Kansas Speedway in 2023 and 2024, along with top-five finishes in both NASCAR’s O’Reilly Auto Parts Series and Craftsman Truck Series.
The Food City 300 is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET on Friday, Sept. 18, with live coverage on The CW, the Performance Racing Network and SiriusXM.
