While many folks in the country were flipping through the latest LL Bean catalog, putting pumpkins on their porches, and sipping on a pumpkin spice latte, the Las Vegas Motor Speedway simmered in broiling sunshine. On Sunday at the Cup race, fans attending endured temperatures near 100 degrees, and the drivers strapped into racecars hotter than that. Then the likes of Chase Briscoe, Kyle Larson, Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick blistered the track culminating in an exciting finish. Fans watching at home got to watch all of that, as well as some commercials. For anyone wondering how many ads there were, and how much time they took during the broadcast, here is this week’s breakdown.
