Spire Motorsports announced Tuesday that Daniel Suárez has signed a contract extension to return to the No. 7 Chevrolet for the 2027 NASCAR Cup Series season.
“You’ve been asking for this. We’ve signed @Daniel_SuarezG to an extension for the 2027 season,” the team announced on social media.
Suárez is in his first season with Spire Motorsports and won the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway in May. He has three top-five finishes and seven top-10 finishes through 32 races.
On Saturday, Suárez said negotiations were close to being finalized.
