Three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Joey Logano and his wife, Brittany, have officially adopted two children, expanding their family.
The couple shared a video on social media showing the adoption proceedings, including remarks from the official overseeing the adoption.
“This adoption means that Brittany and Joseph Logano have chosen to be the forever parents of these two sweet kids. And after many days of limbo and uncertainty, today is day one of forever,” the official said.
Brittany told the children that she and Joey had already considered them part of their family long before the adoption became official.
Joey also reflected on the experience, saying that he and Brittany had learned to let go of trying to control everything and trust that God would guide their family.
The Loganos shared the special moment in a video posted to social media.
