Original Post: Rod Moskowitz, the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Racing at PROSPORT Management, is currently being held on no bond, Joe Bruno of WSOCTV reports, after he was charged with “assault with a deadly weapon of a government official.”
According to an arrest warrant, Moskowitz was arrested and booked on Wednesday, October 21, in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, after allegedly recklessly operating his vehicle and nearly hitting a Huntersville police officer on multiple occasions.
Judge Roderick Davis has now set Moskowitz’s bond at $1,000 secured. He has been in Mecklenburg County jail since last night due to the charge being a violent offense.
