(B) had to fall to the rear of the field before the start of the race for going to a backup car AFTER qualifying
(C) had to fall to the rear of the field before the start of the race for a driver change AFTER qualifying
(D) had to fall to the rear of the field before the start of the race due to a transmission change

This change was done to make things easier, faster and more accurate.
