Chase Elliott reasserts road course mastery with win at Road America: After one event in “exile,” Chase Elliott once again is King of the Road. The reigning NASCAR Cup Series champion passed Kyle Busch for the lead on Lap 46 of 62 and cruised to victory in Sunday’s Jockey Made in America 250 Presented by Kwik Trip, the first Cup race at the 4.048-mile road course in 65 years.[Read More](7-4-2021)

#9-Chase Elliott won the Jockey Made in America 250 NASCAR Cup Series race at Road America. The win is his 2nd win of the year and 13th career win.
#20-Bell finished 2nd followed by #18-Busch, #1-Busch, #11-Hamin, #14-Briscoe, #42-Chastain, #8-Reddick, #19-Truex, Jr., #21-DiBenedetto.
Pole winner #24-Byron finished 33rd after a late race spin.
Elliott took the lead from Kyle Busch with 16 laps to go and pulled away for the win by nearly six second.  It is his 6th career road course win.
Stage 1 was won by #24-Byron. Stage 2 was won by #8-Reddick.
There were 10 lead changes among 8 drivers and 4 cautions for 9 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 86.271mph.

#18-Busch chose pit stall 1.
#22-Logano took the 43rd (and final) stall, with an opening in front of it.
The selection of stalls was determined by the qualifying formula, even though there is qualifying this weekend.
