As rumored here in the past: RPM2Nite had Mike Cope on and he will be joining the BGN series with Team 34 on a new team with Slim Jim/Penrose as sponsor in the #30 Chevy. All new equipment and personnel. From what I hear Mike McLaughlin will be back in the #34

Andy Santerre drove for Mike Laughlin at NHIS. Team 34 is a good Laughlin customer, and Laughlin is really happy with Jeff Fuller's performance, so I doubt there will be a problem as rumored(8-5-97)

I hear Andy Santerre, a BGNN driver said he is about to sign a deal to put him in a ride for the BGN series for 1998. He could not reveal the team, but said that it would be in one of the top three teams currently in the points. Hmmm... my guess is the #36 Stanley
