NASCAR officials on Wednesday penalized Fred Wanke, crew chief of the #25 Ford driven by Bobby Hamilton Jr., $20,000 for a rule violation found during post-race inspection following Sundays Stacker2 200 at Nazareth Speedway. Wanke was penalized because Hamilton Jr.'
