Specialty Racing #61 Nationwide team has a new majority owner and is sporting a new name -- 2nd Chance Motorsports. Rick Russell has acquired majority ownership in the #61 team effective Sept.1, 2010. The team will operate under the name of 2nd Chance Motorsports LLC
