NASCAR announced that three NASCAR Busch Series crew chiefs were penalized for rule infractions at Richmond. Eddie Buffington, crew chief for the #12 Dodge driven by Paul Wolfe and Chad Beahr, crew chief for the #94 Ford driven by Eddie Beahr, were each fined $500
