Brett Moffitt continues championship defense with win at Chicagoland: JOLIET, Ill. – Brett Moffitt has long insisted he wanted to earn a checkered flag this season with his performance on track and Friday night at Chicagoland Speedway he did just that – winning the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series Camping World 225 by a no-doubt 3.950 seconds over Brandon Jones.(More)(6-28-2019)

#24-Brett Moffitt won the Camping World 225 NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series race at Chicagoland Speedway. It was his second win of the season. #51-Brandon Jones was second, followed by #52-Stewart Friesen, #18-Harrison Burton, #16-Austin Hill, #4-Todd Gilliland, #45-Ross Chastain, #88-Matt Crafton, #15-Anthony Alfredo, and #5-Dylan Lupton.
#16-Hill started from the pole and finished fifth. #51-Jones won the first stage. #98-Grant Enfinger won the second stage, but suffered damage in a stage 3 accident and finished 16th.
There were 12 lead changes among 7 drivers and 5 cautions for 27 yellow flag laps.
