#51-Kyle Busch dominated the FR8 Auctions 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway Saturday, leading 102 of the 130 laps. The win was his first of the season, sixth at Atlanta, and 60th of his career. Only Hall of Famer Ron Hornaday, Jr. comes close to Busch’s total. He amassed 51 Truck wins during his driving career.
#16-Austin Hill finished second. #4-John Hunter Nemechek started from the pole, won both opening stages, and finished third. #13-Johnny Sauter, #2-Sheldon Creed, #21-Zane Smith, #44-Ross Chastain, #88-Matt Crafton took spots four through eight. #45-Brett Moffitt started at the rear of the field after his team was forced to change an engine an hour before the race. He rallied and finished ninth. #52-Stewart Friesen rebounded following a late race penalty after his pit crew lost control of a tire during a pit stop. He recovered to finish 10th.
There were eight lead changes among four drivers and three cautions for 16 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 133.888mph.
