#98-Ty Majeski won the TSport 200 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park on Friday night. The win was his first of the season, second at Indianapolis, and the fourth Truck Series win of his career.
Majeski battled back from an early restart violation penalty on lap 51. He took the lead on lap 145 of the 200 and went unchallenged through the finish, as he crossed the finish line 4.129-seconds over the second place truck of #19-Christian Eckes.
Eckes won the opening stages and led a race high 73 laps, while the third place truck of #9-Grant Enfinger, led 71. The top three were the only race leaders through the night.
#18-Tyler Ankrum finished fourth.
Enfinger and Ankrum clinched playoff spots on points with their finishes at Indianapolis. Majeski was mathematically in as well, with the win adding icing on the cake. Three playoff spots remain up for grabs as the series moves to its next event at Richmond Raceway on August 10th.
#38-Layne Riggs, #7-Sammy Smith, and #66-Luke Fenhaus finished fifth through seventh.
#71-Rajah Caruth started from the pole and finished eighth.
#5-Dean Thompson and #2-Nick Sanchez closed out the top-10.
There were five lead changes among three drivers and four cautions for 27 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 82.238mph.

Lap 200: Majeski gets the win on a night he earlier locked himself into the playoffs on points. First win of the year. Eckes, Enfinger, Ankrum, Riggs, Sammy Smith, Fenhaus, Caruth, Thompson and Sanchez the top-10.
Lap 190: Over 2.5-second lead for Majeski as Eckes, Enfinger and Ankrum trail.
Lap 180: Majeski driving off, lapping trucks with a steady lead.
Lap 144: Majeski to the inside of Eckes for the lead. Lapped truck of Moffitt may have come into play as Eckes loses position, tries the crossover, but fails as Majeski drives off.
Lap 130: Restart as Eckes leads Heim, Majeski. Eckes pulls away as Heim tries to hold off Majeski, challenging for second.
Lap 124: Eckes leads them down pitroad. First in, first off. Heim, Majeski, Thompson, Sanchez follow on exit.
Lap 120: Eckes wins stage 2. Heim, Majeski, Crafton, Ankrum the top-5.
Lap 115: Just 5 to go in the stage and Heim has moved into 3rd after his pitstop for the flat under the last yellow. Eckes leads Majeski, who also overcame his own issues, a restart violation…. further back, in 6th, is Matt Crafton. He had a speeding penalty earlier as well. Night of the comebacks so far.
Lap 94: Back to green. Eckes leads Chastain, Ankrum… Enfinger slipping back in the field from the front row restart.
Lap 87: CAUTION Flat tire for Daly. Also a left flat tire for Heim. He’s upset and swerves towards Eckes while under yellow due to earlier contact between the two that caused the damage. Eckes leads Enfinger, Chastain, Ankrum, Sanchez, Riggs, Caruth, Thompson, Fenhaus, and Majeski, who served a restart violation on lap 51, has climbed back into the top-10.
Lap 68: Restart as Eckes leads. Enfinger takes advantage of the restart and reclaims the lead.
Lap 60: Stage 1 complete. Eckes with the win. Enfinger, Heim, Ankrum, Caruth, Chastain, Sanchez, Thompson, Sammy Smith and Dye the top-10.
Lap 55: 5 to go in stage 1. Eckes, new leader.
Lap 51: Majeski serving a restart violation from 2nd. On track, Eckes drops the nose inside of Enfinger, who maintains the lead for now.
Lap 50: Restart as Enfinger leads. Majeski, Eckes try for 3-wide but Enfinger pulls away.
Lap 44: CAUTION for Mason Massey getting into the wall and a spin by Ty Dillon.
