Ross Chastain leads podium sweep at Daytona for Kaulig Racing: Kaulig Racing found the key to victory in Saturday night’s Circle K Firecracker 250 at Daytona International Speedway, and the team did so in triplicate.In a wild race that featured five multicar wrecks, hired gun Ross Chastain teammates Justin Haley and AJ Allmendinger across the finish line in a 1-2-3 finish for Kaulig Racing, which collected its first NASCAR victory.Chastain finished .109 seconds ahead of Haley and .206 ahead of Allmendinger, who made his first NASCAR start since last year and his first-ever Daytona start in a NASCAR Xfinity Series car.[More](7-6-2019)

#16-Ross Chastain won the Circle K Firecracker 250 NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Daytona International Speedway. The win is his 1st win of 2019, 1st XFINITY win at Daytona and 2nd career XFINITY win. The win is the first for Kaulig Racing.
#11-Justin Haley finished 2nd followed by #10-A.J. Allmendinger, #20-Christopher Bell, #22-Austin Cindric, #01-Stephen Leicht, #86-Brandon Brown, #38-Jeff Green, #08-Gray Gaulding, and #51-Jeremy Clements.
Pole winner #2-Reddick was involved in an accident on lap 46, but battled his way back to the lead late before having to pit with less than 5 laps remaining for a tire rub. He finished 17th.
The biggest wreck of the evening was on lap 86, involved 15 cars and led to a red flag of 17 minutes and 45 seconds for track cleanup.
The start of the race was delayed by more than 2 hours because of rain.
Stage 1 was won by #16-Chastain.
Stage 2 was won by #10-Allmendinger.
There were 18 lead changes among 7 drivers and 7 cautions for 31 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 125.786mph.
UPDATE: #10-Allmendinger’s car failed post-race inspection.  He is dropped to 38th place.
