Brandon Jones wins at Kansas, as Xfinity Playoff drivers battle on and off track: After Saturday’s Kansas Lottery 300 took a sharp turn with 16 laps left, Brandon Jones sped away on two straight restarts to collect his first NASCAR Xfinity Series victory in a race that ended with Playoff drivers Cole Custer and Tyler Reddick brawling on pit road. Jones stretched his advantage after a restart on Lap 196 of 200, with first Chase Briscoe and then Reddick giving chase. Jones held off both pursuers and crossed the finish line .272 seconds ahead of Reddick, with Briscoe .623 seconds behind the leader.[More](10-19-2019)

#19-Brandon Jones won the Kansas Lottery 300 NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Kansas Speedway for his 1st career win.
#2-Reddick finished 2nd followed by #98-Briscoe, #1-Annett, #7-Allgaier, #51-Clements, #11-Haley, #23-Nemechek, #39-Sieg, and #10-Chastain.
Several Playoff drivers had issues:
Early in the race #22-Cindric had to pit twice under green with tire problems. He finished 25th.
#9-Gragson made contact with the wall on a couple occasions and finished 13th.
With 17 laps remaining, pole sitter #20-Bell and #98-Briscoe made contact while trying to lap #0-Smithley. Briscoe led Bell at the time, but they both had to pit. Bell finished 12th while Briscoe rebounded for 3rd.
Following the race, #00-Custer and #2-Reddick got into a shoving match on pit road, but were separated quickly.
Stage 1 was won by #20-Bell. Stage 2 was won by #00-Custer.
There were 12 lead changes among 5 drivers and 8 cautions for 41 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 119.074mph.
