Last-lap pass gives Cole Custer dramatic NASCAR Xfinity win at Pocono: Cole Custer led 59 laps from the pole and, at one point in Saturday’s Pocono Green 250, held a lead of more than 13 seconds, but it took a pass through the final corner in overtime for the driver of the No. 00 Stewart-Haas Racing Ford to win his third NASCAR Xfinity Series race of the season. Series leader Tyler Reddick had grabbed the lead from Custer moments after the overtime restart on Lap 102. Custer gave chase and, one lap later, took full advantage in Turn 3 at Pocono Raceway when Reddick failed to hold the bottom of the track entering the corner.[More](6-1-2019)
#00-Cole Custer won the Pocono Green 250 NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Pocono Raceway. The win is his 3rd win of 2019, 1st XFINITY win at Pocono and 5th career win.
#2-Reddick finished 2nd followed by #98-Briscoe, #8-Preece, #20-Bell, #9-Gragson, #22-Cindric, #1-Annett, #11-Haley, and #10-Dillon.
Custer started on the pole and led 59 of the 100 laps, but had to make a pass of Reddick in the final turn to grab the win. The race finished under the first attempt at NASCAR overtime after a late race spin by Allgaier.
Stage 1 was won by #00-Custer.
Stage 2 was won by #7-Allgaier.
There were 10 lead changes among 6 drivers and 7 cautions for 26 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 121.574mph.
