The Rusty Wallace Controversy over the restart boils. Sources are saying that Rusty never heard a warning from Robin Pemberton. NASCAR has said they warned Pemberton twice. RUMOR, has it Wallace was never told. Wallace said HE(someone in NASCAR) has had it against me for years.
