From NASCAR Fans: “Just heard on the 5:30 pm local new in Charlotte that Brett Bodine is suing a company call Catalyst Communications for almost $14 million. Catalyst is the parent company of Close Call Phone Cards which sponsored Bodine’s car for the first part of the season. Bodine said that Catalyst agreed to pay sponsorship fees thru 1999 but stopped making payments in May. The suit sites breech of contract and is asking for damages and attorney fees.”(10-3-97)
