Bill Elliott has a press conference scheduled for Friday(11-14) night in Atlanta to announce his second team with Jerry Nadeau as the driver. The car will be #13 with a green, white and orange paint scheme and First Plus as the sponsor. Dan Marino is unable to attend the press conference, but will answer questions via satellite.
