“Wally Dallenbach said yesterday the details have been worked out on a new contract that’ll keep all the principals in place for another two years, but he’ll also be getting another infusion of newness. That would be a new crew chief, Mike Hillman, as well as several other crew members who’ll arrive from Sabates’ No. 40 car.
