Bill Elliott opted to privately test at Talladega twice in January and did not test at Daytona. Talladega doesn’t release test speeds per teams requests, so no speeds are available. No idea why Chad Little did not test at Daytona. As for Elliott. his second team with Jerry Nadeau, tested at Daytona, so they can share information from the test(1-23-98)
