UPDATE: I hear they may open up Daytona Speedway one evening during February Speedweeks for NASCAR practice, and testing of the lighting system for the network TV cameras.(1-26-98) – Dale Earnhardt will make the first laps “under the lights” at the Daytona Speedway on Saturday night 2/7 at 6pm for 20 laps.
