Mike Wallace tested #1 Pennzoil Chevy on Thursday at Darlington. It looks like Ron Hornaday will not run the Winston Cup race at Darlington or Bristol as was the plan as recently as Tuesday of this week. An announcement is due out the end of this week. No idea who may get the nod on this long term assignment. Mike Wallace was quick to point out that he was not one of the drivers in the running as he is enjoying the time with handling driving duties with Kenny Schrader in the truck series.
