Jim Long, crew chief for Ricky Rudd, probably will find another job soon. Rudd hired Bill Ingle after Daytona as team manager. Ingle and Rudd work well together, and Long may feel odd-man-out. Other teams looking for a crew chief are those of Hut Stricklin, Jeff Green, and Brett Bodine.(Speednet), Jayski note: on NASCAR2Day they mentioned that Bill Ingle was calling the shots on the #10 car today as crew chief in place of Long, no mention of why he was not at the track, just that he was absent(3-22-98)
