Verifying the latest Winston Cup garage talk, informed sources at Hendrick Motorsports confirmed today to country.com that Wally Dallenbach will replace current “Super Sub” driver Randy LaJoie in the Budweiser #50 beginning at the all-star driver event, The Winston. Dallenbach became free to shop his skills when he and Team SABCO decided to end their association. Currently, the popular driver is scheduled to substitute for the regular driver of the Budweiser #50, Ricky Craven, and attempt to make The Winston, then race in the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte, and the upcoming road course races at Sears Point and Watkins Glen.
