Tim Beverly who bought Darrell Waltrip Motorsports was interviewed on Raceday and says he plans to have DW in the #17 Chevy when he is done at DEI in August. Plans are to run DW for the rest of 1998 and all of 1999. First order of business is to find a sponsor. Rich Bickle and Toby Porter tested the #17 truck at Charlotte recently in preparation for Texas, which is unavailable for testing.(TNN)(5-10-98)
