NBC is not going to go after NASCAR races to replace the NFL. It is understood they (NASCAR?) want 20 million a race, and NBC doesn’t want to put that much money into it.(StockCarFans Newsletter), not really sure what this means as each track handles the rights fees as far as I know.(6-19-98)
