David Smith, Team Manager for the #31 RCR Lowes team said on RPM2Nite that Mike Skinner will driver the #31 Lowes Chevy for the remainder of 1998 and while his contract is up at the end of 1998, the team expects to re-sign Skinner.(RPM2Nite and David Smith), boy was I wrong on this one.
