Joe Whitley, a 15-year veteran of the motorsports industry, has formed The Premiere Group, a multi-faceted, full-service agency specializing in motorsports consulting, sponsor procurement, program management, marketing, public relations and licensing. Whitley, a 48-year-old native of Wilson, NC has worked with such industry notables as Richard Petty, Hendrick Sportswear, NASCAR Winston Cup driver, Dick Trickle and The Upper Deck Co.
