Al Rudd Sr., father of Ricky Rudd, has bought his grandson(and Ricky’s nephew) Jason Rudd a BGN car. The car was bought from Elton Sawyer(#38) and is currently garaged at Ricky’s shop in Mooresville, NC. Jason, 19, has been competeing in LMS for the last couple of years. Prior to that he raced legend cars and has several years experience in WKA Enduro Cart series with many victories and a championship. Jason Rudd’s first BGN test ended in the wall at Greenville-Pickens Speedway Saturday afternoon. Rudd was ok but the Ford Taurus was done(MRM)(12-6-98)
