Donnie Moran will be driving a Chevy in the BGN for 1999. Moran will be debuting at Rockingham and not at Daytona unless he lands a Sponsor. Moran’s plans are to run for the ‘Rookie of the Year’ in 1999. No word on the team or sponsor( Dirt News and Notes/The SpeedZone )(12-9-98)
