SCR is hearing that the Emerald Performance Team that will field Busch cars for Mike Skinner with Yellow Freight as sponsor is in final negotiations with Hav-A-Tampa champion Scott Bloomquist. Skinner is scheduled to drive in 12 events in 1999 but the team has plans to enter 20 shows. It appears Bloomquist will run at least several of the remaining races with Mike Skinners son, Jaime, a possibility for some( StockCarRacing Mag )(12-28-98)
