The United States District Court for the middle district of Florida has granted NASCAR a preliminary injunction against an individual who had registered the domain names “nascarfanclub.com” and “nascarpitcrew.com.” This is the third time in the last two years that NASCAR has successfully protected its trademarks through court action.( iRACE ) This is why I do not post NASCAR Images or copy their stories(or other sites, without permission) word for word
