Texas Testing:

Several teams from the NASCAR Craftsman Truck series were at the (Texas) speedway on Tuesday, kicking off two days of testing for GM. Schrader, owner of the #52 Oakwood Homes Chevrolet truck team, was on hand to see how his team might fare. His driver, Scott Hansen, will be making his truck series debut this year. ?›????Things look pretty good for us this year,?›??? said Schrader. ?›????Actually, it’s kind of nice being on the owner side of things. I think this team has a shot a making a name for themselves this season.?›??? Schrader has a vested interest in four events running at Texas in 1999 – as a driver in both the Sat., March 27 Coca-Cola 300 and the Sun., March 28 PRIMESTAR 500 and as a truck team owner for the Friday night, June 11 Pronto Auto Parts 400 and the Friday night, Oct. 15 Bluebonnet 300.
