NASCAR has fined Richard Jackson, crew chief(and owner) for Lance Hooper’s #23 Lucas Oil Products Pontiac, was fined $10,000 for ?????pulling air from unapproved sources.???? The infraction was determined in technical inspection following Bud Second-Round Qualifying last Wednesday(NASCAR Online/RPM2Nite) The team was also disqualified after making the race.(2-18-1999)
