RPM2Nite and WC Today Radio reported that three Cup crew chiefs have been fined for an infraction at Martinsville. Tommy Morgan(#16), Bobby Leslie(#26) and Jimmy Elledge(#55) were fined $2000 for having holes drilled in cross members/frames of the car. The infractions were found prior to qualifying and fixed.
