Current driver Jimmy Kitchens will remain with the team but Grissom will drive the #22 Air Jamaica Vacations Chevy in the Cup/BGN combination events, while working with Kitchens, crew chief Todd Lohse and the team. Besides assisting the race team, that schedule keeps Grissom’s personal schedule open as he continues talking with the various NASCAR Winston Cup owners who have approached him. Kitchens’ role as the team’s driver is solid, Carroll said. Grissom starts this week at NHIS, even though it is not a combo event(The Williams Co)(5-4-1999)
