Bud Moore News: “Without final word on a sponsorship deal with AMVETS, the Bud Moore Engineering team has scrapped plans to run in the Coca-Cola 600 on May 30 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway. The team missed this week’s testing session at the suburban Charlotte track, and has elected to stay home instead of going in an un-sponsored car. Moore, whose No. 15 Ford hasn’t been on the track since failing to qualify for this year’s Daytona 500, will await a sponsorship deal before attempting to qualify again.
