I hear AJ Foyt wanted to run Mike Bliss, driver of the #99 Exide Ford Truck, in a third car in the Indy 500 but IMS would not let him because he did not attend the rookie test in April. Bliss will run the USAC Silver Crown series race Saturday at IRP(5-21-1999)
