as reported back in March – Phantom Menace – In Saturday’s Carquest 300 Busch race at Lowes Motor Speedway, Jeff Gordon will drive a Star Wars car as part of a Pepsi promotion involving ?????Episode One: The Phantom Menace.???? The car will be the standard ?????Pepsi blue???? with the words ?????Star Wars: Episode One???? and characters from the film on the hood of the car. In addition, characters from the film will appear on the rear quarterpanel of the car. The rear panel will have the words ?????Star Wars???? and the Pepsi logo. Speculation is that the Star Wars-themed car will be officially unveiled at a press conference on Wednesday(Jeff Gordon Online)(5-24-1999)
