Tim Steele will skip the NHIS and Heartland Park CTS races due to lack of funds. But he plans to run the other seven CTS events in the #21 Ford truck. Steele has received additional funding from Softech, which will allow him to race 7 of the 9 remaining races(WC Scene Magazine)(7-30-1999)
