Robert Yates has a new boss. Michael Hargrave, formerly senior manager, sports marketing group, for Anheuser-Busch, will take over as director of sponsorships for Texaco, effective Sept. 1. Hargrave will direct all of Texacos sponsorship activities, including those of Yates, Newman/Haas, the Texaco Grand Prix of Houston and the Olympics.
