The FMS Racing fan owned team, was officially notified by NASCAR Thursday that the teams owner number is #213 and that they would be using the #13 for the Sam’s Town 250 in Memphis, TN. FMS also has picked up an associate sponsor, Buck and Bass Sporting Centre. FMS will do a tribute car with the image Carl Perkins on the hood and Sun Studios on the deck lid. Action Performance has worked with FMS and is planning to offer a diecast 1/24 model of the car(FAIN PR)(8-20-1999)
