Jerry Marquis, of East Windsor, CT plans to drive in the BGN full-time next year for Bill Blair. Blair has been involved in Winston Cup racing in the past but has never owned a Busch team. Marquis drives late models and needed only to take the green flag in Friday’s 50-lap SK Modified feature at Stafford to clinch the track championship in the third to last event of the season(Hartford Courant)(9-4-1999)
